Step 1 - Download Registration Form Here.

Step 2 - Complete the Registration Form.

Step 3 - Write TWO checks:
              1st - $40 Register Fee
                       (will be deposited in order to hold your place
                       in the waiting list and will be
                       non-refundable)
              2nd - total amount of tuition - $10 Discount
                        (will be deposited once the class starting
                        date is confirmed with student or parents)

Step 4 - Mail/Delivery BOTH Registration Form and Checks:

Group Keyboard
Age Group and Time Slot	Adult: Thursday 7:15pm - 8:15pm
Length	8-week course, meet once a week, each class lasts 60 minutes
Tuition	$200 for 8 classes ($25/class) students will be required to purchase the music books.
