Step 2 - Complete the Registration Form.

Step 3 - Write TWO checks:
              1st - $40 Register Fee
                       (will be deposited in order to hold your place
                       in the waiting list and will be
                       non-refundable)
              2nd - total amount of tuition - $10 Discount
                        (will be deposited once the class starting
                        date is confirmed with student or parents)

Early Childhood Music Group Class

Toddler Musician
Age Group	2 -4 years old, Parents or Guardians are required to participate with the child in the class.
Available Slot	Saturday 11:20am-12:00pm
Length	This is an all-year round program covering different concepts each quarter. Students could join in any section and continue the class up to 4 years old. We will meet once a week, 40 minutes per class.
Tuition	$280.00 (11 classes + Material Fee)

Little Pianist I
Age Group	4 - 6 years old, Parents or Guardians are strongly encouraged to attend the class with the child.
Available Slot	Friday 05:15pm-06:05pm Saturday 12:30pm-01:20pm
Length	This program contains 4 levels, 11 classes for each level. We will meet once a week, each class lasts 50 minutes.
Tuition	Level 1: $313.00 ( 11 classes + Material Fee) Level 2: $313.00 ( 11 classes + Material Fee) Level 3: $313.00 ( 11 classes + Material Fee) Level 4: $313.00 ( 11 classes + Material Fee)
